At the end of each semester all teachers are asked to administer the university-wide formal student evaluations and to write a brief report on the students’ feedback. The results of this survey will form part of a teacher’s formal evaluative record. Further details about the process for administering these evaluations are provided towards the end of each semester to all TIU faculty members.
At the end of each semester all TIU faculty are required to administer student evaluations in the form of a class survey (see below for sample).
Then, once TIU has tabulated the results, each faculty member is required to write a report commenting on the students’ evaluation feedback. The Director or Associate Director will inform the GTFs about the deadline for this report. These reports are then kept on record by TIU Administration.
